My Heart Goes Out to You and Your Family...

Dear Jim:


My heart goes out to you and your family for your loss. I had a knot in my stomach at hearing the news vividly remembering my visit with Mark and meeting the both of you last year.

You are in my meditation practice every morning with the hope that the pain and suffering of your loss goes away.

I feel so honored to have met you and Vaiva thru Mark....it was a impressionable visit for me and leaves a mark on my heart for having met the both of you. Especially because of your early years at MIT looking at those pictures and how you kept so close and in touch over the years...it's what life is all about and wonderful NOW that you have this circle of friends to support you NOW when you need them the most.

I also have the memory of that wonderful Krupnikas liquor Mark made 20 years ago and we all drank together. Also Vaiva sharing the Krupnikas recipe with me that Mark and I ended up making (it's a year old already) in case you run out of it and need more...According to Mark, it needs to sit a couple of more years...

So dear Jim...I hope 2009 is brighter for you and you find the strength in her loss to go on as I am sure she would want you to do...
