Vaiva loved to travel, and she loved to read travel books. (She was a voracious reader.) She planned a remarkable itinerary for our California sojourn.
After we breakfasted at the Madonna Inn, we explored San Luis Obispo. We visited one of the restored missions from the earliest settlement of California. I haven't yet found its name. I was a bit surprised that we had the entire place almost to ourselves.
