Mama always loved trying new recipes-- she subscribed to Cook's magazine to hear about the latest cooking innovations, and she owned hundreds of cookbooks... she frequently perused AllRecipes to find new ideas and she read all the comments to create the best combination of recipes and ingredients.
Aras and I have both started using AllRecipes for recipe ideas too, and we both sign into her username and share her bookmarked, saved recipes. That way we can share our newfound recipes with each other more easily. Yesterday I looked through the lists of her saved recipes, and I saw one for spinach brownies.
Spinach brownies?! Ugh! But it's really just a cheesy spinach quick bread cooked in a large pan... and it's really delicious-- I made some today. Tastes sort of like spinach alfredo pizza.
