Big Tasks on my Agenda

I made a post to my personal blog just now. Now that I think about it, it's really more appropriate for this blog. It's about how I'm trying to manage taking care of a house I don't live in one weekend a month. I may live there soon, though, so it's upkeep and preparation for a potential move.
